Good refrigerator until the warranty runs out

this was a great side-by-side refrigerator until literally the one year mark. first, the ice tray cracked underneath, which lead to a lot of ice shavings in the freezer (which i clean up routinely). then, the fan starting making rattling noises. i have read from others and have perfected the way to fix the fan noise for about 3 months. (1) open the freezer (2) take everything out and put into a portable cooler (3) use a hair dryer to remove the built up ice in the coils in the back (this requires removing a couple screws), (4) wipe up all the water. put everything back together again and no more fan noise for 3 more months. will buy an lg next time.

We've had for a couple years now, and works like a charm! The filtered ice and water is a blessing! Plenty of room, with the right amount of shelves and spacing for them. Temperature stays constant year round, but I do recommend adjusting for the season. This is our first Samsung fridge, and I couldn't be happier with our purchase! It is also the first time I had seen a black refrigerator, and since black is my favorite color, bonus! I'm thinking about getting my buddy, who paints custom cars, to add some flames to it. Really make it our fridge, no what I mean?

First Samsung product purchase and so far it seems a decent purchase. Very quiet operation but the control panel is a bit clunky to use. The ice maker is VERY slow and will never keep up with our usage. Had it on the super cool mode for faster ice making and it only spit out 1/4 bin of ice in 3 days.

We have only owned this appliance a short while but we have been impressed by every aspect of this fridge. It looks sweet and seems well made. It has gobs of space too. We look forward to a long service life.

So far it has been good. We like the ice and water on the door and the ability to lock them.
