LG has poor quality products

I am not so happy with the life of my LG refrigerator. This only lasted 3 years. Not what I expected from this reputable company. Too bad I can pay for an expensive repair. This product was good while it lasted. But now I will move on to another brand. Do not trust LG Refrigerators.

I have this refrigerator 3 yrs now and the freezer stop wrking its been 1 week and still waiting on parts but beside that its good and it came with a dent everything time they delivered the refrigerator it has a different dent

Only lasted two months after my 5 year warranty

I would never buy a LG again it only lasted two months after my 5 year warranty and they want todo much money just to come look at it ridiculously bad..

Compressor issues

I have had this refrigerator repaired 3 times for the compressor failing. The last time it was repaired 1 year ago the LG repair person pushed back the refrigerator and crimped the high pressure water line. It leaked slowly for 1 month then finally gave way. We had water pouring out on our floor laminate which damaged them. I filed a claim and sent all the required documents including pictures. I have not been contacted at all I have called several times to be told my inquiry was escalated and I would get a call in 24-48 hours. The call never comes. I am very disappointed with this product and LG as a whole. I have purchased many LG products over the years but after this terrible experience never again

A great refrigerator. This is the first service call...quick and friendly service. Knowledgeable technican. He advised me on a couple of our other LG products while he was here.
