Craft Ice Maker Never Workes

I bought this 10 months ago excited about the raft ice maker and it never worked properly. Further in order to make space for the craft ice maker the regular ice maker is smaller than average leaving me with far less ice than I am accustomed to with my previous side by side. Despite these disappointments I do like the WiFi features. Its nice to be able to have all of my appliances connected via the LG App.

I really like this refrigerator. Ive had the expensive French doors fridges where the ice maker stopped working etc. While the craft ice unit did start to make some noise I contacted warranty and two days later got a new unit took 5 minutes to remove old one and pop new one in. Works great. I wish there were accessories and options A mid level crisper drawer would make this refrigerator perfect.

We just reached a year of having this refrigerator and the craft ice is already not working. I contacted the warranty people before the refrigerator was a year and have never heard a thing from them. The craft ice maker only worked for about 6 months.

Overall good for what you need. Issue is with the slide out doors for fridge that hit the fridge door if the door is not fully open. Be careful of the freezer glass as mine just shattered no rhyme or reason and the glass destroyed the bottom freezer drawer. But I called and they worked with me : The one I have was having issues connecting to the Wi-Fi so have to be patient.
