High End Model - Low End Performance

Bought this high end model refrigerator in 2015, as an upgraded appliance, for my new home.. in 2017 I had to replace a part for the ice maker and the cooling system.. in 2018, I had to replace another part I can’t quit recall. In 2019 I again had to repair a cooling sensor. And finally after again replacing two more sensors and the ice maker in again in 2020, I am now forced to buy a new refrigerator. So I believe I paid close to $4k for the new unit in 2015.. and since close to $2k in repairs.. all for just about 5yrs of service.. highly disappointed in Frigidaire.. and forget trying to reach someone in product support. No one ever answers the toll free #. You will sit on hold forever, or simply be told they can not take your call.

Fridge is not cooling, we had a service repair man come out told us it was the compressor. Replaced still not cooling and do not want to spend the money to replace part after part. Thought I would come on to see what other issues people have had....boy. This sounds like more work then i thought it was going to be. This was not a good deal

I bought this frig from Lowe's and I have had issues since I bought it. Thanks goodness I bought an extended warranty. I have had Ice build up in freezer. water line leak inside frigerator, ice maker doesn't work or produce enough ice on several occasions. Repairs and replacement of ice makers several times. Food freezes in refrigerator near the ice maker. Do not buy this frig. I tried to get the warranty company to replace the entire refrigerator and they will not. As much money and time I have spent on buying and repairing this frig is not worth the money I paid for it. It should have lasted longer without repairs so soon. Not a satisfied customer

Had problems since day one. Noisy, ice machine never works, thermostat malfunctions, too warm in refrigerator, ice buildup in freezer.

Both this a couple a month ago to replace an (Kenmore pro series(LG). Overall I like the fridge very much with 2 exceptions. 1. The flipper flap on the right door does not flip all the way when opening the door. If you shut the right door first it will close, but always hits if the left door is shut first. The magnets in the door that are designed to pulled the flapper over does not work.2. In the right light, the doors stainless steel exterior appears very wavy. 90% of the time I don't see it, the the 10% it's not attractive. I would buy it again.
