Ive had this fridge 7 years compressor went out. Good news = covered under LG warranty. BAD news = dealing with LG service Frustrating process of long hold times automated Dave chat-bot and 3 weeks without a working fridge

This refrigerator looks like and I like the drawers placement. I have had 3 different techs out to fix 4 different issues in the past few years. I didnt have a working refrigerator for almost a month.

Dont buy LG. Customer service terrible.

Terrible refrigerator. Second time compressor went out in 7 years. Customer service said not under warranty and I cant get any repair person to touch it including names given to me by LG. Ill never purchase an LG product again

Good enough

The fridge is good enough. Some of the features like the middle drawer is nice for vegetables and the like however compartments are small and dont accommodate much. Similar to the chest freezer the added middle shelf is extremely limited as to what can be placed into it due to being such a narrow place. Anything thicker and 1.5 ran the risk of becoming jammed and dislodging the shelf from the tracks.

Great feutures BUT they break dawn early. The ice dispenser brocke less than 2 years in and the compressor needed replacement after only 7 years. A joke
