This was a replacement and it is light-years ahead of the old one. I love the technology and the ability to know if there's a problem even when I am not in town.

Although because of supply chain issues it took nine months to receive this refrigerator, it was worth the wait. Exceeded expectations

I love yhe design and size ofthis unit. We have a a pair of them next to each other, and it's so easy to organize the foodstuffs. The only issue I have is that the freezer drawers are not on tracks, so if they are slightly cocked, the door won't close completely. Sacrificing a small amount of volume and having tracks or slides would be an excellent improvement.
