I bought this refrigerator in 09/09/2019. In 2023 it start leaking water on my floor from the defective freezer defrosing unit. After doing research I found out that many of the same model refrigerator have the same problem. LG will not repair or replace the refrigerator.

Our LG refrigerator was in our house when we purchased the home. While the refrigerator is generally good with space inside and arrangement we find the freezer access very poor. It is difficult to arrange items so as to be seen. The top drawer does not extend enough to see items in the rear of the drawer.
