Poorly made technology

Look up this model before purchasing. YouTube had videos of people trying to help and are experiencing the same issues. It will shut off randomly and wont turn on. The reset option that LG support will give you is useless. I would have went with another model

Ive owned my washer n dryer set for 3 1/2 years. So pretty and work great. Had a little issue but was taken care using my care plan I purchased. Love it too
