Speed Queen FF7 White Right-Hinged Front Load Washer with Sanitize 5-Year Warranty

I was so excited for this washer to arrive when I ordered it. Purchased it based on Consumer Report reviews for durability and reliability. When it arrived all looked great, style, easy to use and simple. From the VERY FIRST LOAD, the machine makes a horrible high pitched squeaking noise when the washer goes into the spin cycle and the noise continues for a few seconds to a minute. Called the store the next day. A repair guy glcame out and was unable to fix the noise. The store then sent their senior service man out to take a look at the machine and he was unable to fix it. The machine has made the noise on EVERY SINGLE LOAD that I have done. The store was in touch with Speed Queen and the manufacturer sent new parts that “may fix the problem”. Well, it didn’t. I was then told by the service man that the store now has three machines of this model that are doing the exact same noise. It’s now been six months since I’ve had this machine and I have to leave the house when I do laundry because of the noise. I have been told by the store that a replacement has been ordered. We will see if that actually happens and if the replacement is any better than this machine. If I hadn’t of spent so much money on this laundry pair, I would of just cut my losses and chosen something else. This is absolutely the worst decision that I have made for a purchase. This machine is not worth the money. Better off buying another brand
