this attaches rear ends of w/d, so front can bounce on tile as it spins. newly intalled. poor design. what to do?

The washer and especially the dryer are vibrating and are very noisy at the spin cycle. Had to put a stopper to stop the washer to move. Contacted Samsung, they send a tech and they made test with empty machine. They did not want to test it with a load in the machine. Very unprofessional.
