Technician was disrespectful raising his voice to me. Bad attitude and unwilling to do his job or find a something. Impresive how you could send someone like that to any home. Just because of this I will never buy another LG electronic or appliance.

Love the machine. The pairing with washer and all the modes so many options. Deducted one star as sometimes loads dont fully dry but probably I need to manage the settings better.
