Top oven door does not line up with lower door

the top oven door is out of alignment or something. LG sent out a rep to look at it and he said since it works it is ok. Tech tried to adjust the door it did not help. Tech agreed it looks bad but says there is nothing he can do since oven works. For as much as this Range/stove cost I am VERY Disappointed with the build quality. Have always bought LG in the past but no more after this experience.

We live the gas range and double oven. Installation was incorrect in several ways..one leading to our gadt company giving us a notice not to use until issue corrected.

doors dont line up

Oven doors do not close properly line up. LG repairman came out and said he could not adjust. Said issue is from the factory. Now have to try to get replaced but repairman said since unit works I might have a hard time getting it exchanged.

Used several times but has open flame so continually turning items so they do not burn. Strong gas smell when you preheat. Stripped screw in back of bottom oven and serial number not listed/printed anywhere on oven which is held up service from LG. Thank good ness for 2 yr Costco warranty.

We have had this for over 2 years now. We had a similar stove in our prior home and bought another LG because our experience with the last LG stove was so great. In fact we bought all LG appliances in our new home. This stove has been a real lemon. Our extended warranty service has been a joke too. The stove makes an annoying whining noise after it warms up and for at least 15 minutes after we turn the oven off. The front right burner was not igniting so the repair person put a piece in it to help with air flow. That didnt really help. One day we smelled burning plastic where there is no plastic and the burner turned black. We still dont know why it happened and the repairman just told us that there are no plastic parts. The metal on top is soft and scratches easily when you clean it and when you put the grates back on after cleaning it. We expected more out this product and were sorely disappointed. Three calls for repairs were met with comments like thats normal its not and we dont know. We asked if we could talk to the main office we were told they wont talk to you. We really regret spending so much money with a company that doesnt back their products.
