I love that this heats quickly. What I have a problem with is, like many other manufacturers, the touch buttons on the top are way too sensitive. Just brushing up against them sets them off. I don't know why all household appliance companies are doing this but it's annoying to say the least. Very bothersome. And when I had to clean it the first time it took forever. The temp for the auto clean is very low and you have to put 2 cups of water in the bottom. After said amount of time I had to remove the water that was left before wiping clean. That ended up being a major hassle since there was a lot of water left in there. And then the oven wasn't anywhere near clean. I simply couldn't get it completely clean after 3 tries. I gave up. My last Jenn Air oven had an auto clean with a lock installed and it took about 2 hours. But it actually cleaned it.

I’ve had this range for about 5 months now. Overall, I’m very pleased. I’m not going to get into technicalities; I can just say that it has met a variety of needs perfectly. There are only three things I don’t like, or rather, something that can easily be improved. The touch screen is super sensitive- you can’t wash it or lean over without it beeping a lot. Secondly, you can hardly hear the timer. The whole point of a timer is so that you can leave the room, yet I can’t hear it in the next room. And it only beeps once. Finally, when the timer goes off, it should start counting back up, so that you know how much time has passed, because you didn’t hear it go off initially.

I bought a new JennAir 6 weeks ago to replace one of over 20 years old. The old one was still working but the new one better suits the remodeled kitchen. Like the up-dated controls, glass top, new style burners!

Works well, but VERY expensive. I had to buy a downdraft because of the the style of our kitchen - had to replace an existing one.
