Beautiful, consistent heat and quiet cheerful communication. I don’t have to dread the timer anymore. Toddlers nap through it, dogs do not alert, and I do not have to hover around to cancel at 1second bc the microwave is so quiet and happy to warm my food!

There have been so many issues. From the time and date resetting every few days, the oven sometimes shuts off during mid cook, and now the WiFi not working on the oven. I have had a Tech out 2 or 3 times to repair different problems with this equipment. This should be a rating of 0. Please save yourself the headache and do not buy.

Was delivered and installed in the afternoon 6/6/19, used the microwave 3-4 times. Woke up to the screen out on 6/10. Service scheduled for tomorrow (6/11) 8a-12p, then 3 hours later was called and now service is going to be 6/12 anywhere from 8a-5p...Asked if they will have the screen to replace but was told it'll will likely need to be ordered. So not only will I have to wait all day on 6/12 they probably won't fix it then and I will have to waste another day to have fixed. I haven't been able to really use it to rate effectively, so after the repair I will update this review.
