Great oven once it was installed

I bought this double wall oven about a month ago, and I am still learning all the great things it can do (Haven't added the app to my phone yet). I like that both ovens are convection ovens and the temperature is converted to the convection temp. The ovens are larger (wider) than my old ones, making it possible for me to use the larger baking pans/sheets. These ovens make me want to bake all the time! Cons: The first time the ovens were delivered, there was a problem and had to be taken back to where we bought them. The second time it was delivered, again there was a problem with the wiring, but the installer was able to determine the problem; second, the sound the fans make when cooling the ovens. They are a little loud, but I know the oven is cooling down; third, the vent on the bottom oven is at the very bottom, and does become hot when the oven is on. I do recommend this oven. It is pretty, and does everything and more that I want it to do for my cooking/baking experience.

I have had the oven a few weeks now and I certainly have not used all it's many fabulous features but I have used the rapid preheat and it is fabulous! This is my first convection oven and I am in LOVE!! So much faster than a conventional oven and food cooks more evenly! Looking forward to an upcoming party I am having so that I can utilize both ovens at the same time!

Purchased in early December to cater for a large family gathering. It handled everything with ease. Cleanup is easy too, no heating element on the bottom of the oven to work around. Control panel takes a little time to get used to but after that , we are off to the races !!!!!
