I bought this oven to replace my 20+ year old one and it's beautiful to look at, bakes like a charm and I love it. I still haven't tested it's cleaning ability and the time took some getting used to but we're having a wonderful time together.

Bought this oven after enduring bad repair experience on competitor 2-1/2 year old product involving multiple service visits over three months with calls to factory technicians resulting in two unsuccessful repair efforts costing over 50% of initial cost! Obviously poor product design and support! This experience resulted in an in-depth research on the reliability and performance of current Whirlpool double wall oven. To date, having provided daily service for several months, it has met or exceeded all expectations and I believe it to be a clearly superior product compared to my previous oven.

So far, I am very pleased, but haven't used it enough to try out the "every day steam cleaning" feature, which sounds pretty useful.
