I purchased this over the range as a replacement to an older model Samsung model that died after many years of great service. I would only replace it with a Samsung model. They are durable and very long lasting. I highly recommend!

we purchased a complete set of appliances and were told via chat that we would receive additional promo items. after 3 phone attempts each time being redirected i finally choose to try to chat online. online the reps are stating i didn't understand the what was originally communicated to me, although i have a copy of the chat in front of me.
this is to expensive of products to buy with poor customer service. bestbuy, local shops and even amazon would be a better bet for service.
