Too many issues with Keypad

Keypad went bad 2 times in an year and each time it takes 2-3 weeks to get the technician appointment to fix it. End up buying another counter top microwave.

Our microwave convection combo is an oven I couldn’t live without. While cooking for parties it allows me to use the oven when my conventional is in use

We are happy with everything about this appliance. BUT the one feature we don’t like is so bad, it’s really bringing down our review. If it weren’t for this, I’d probably give it 5 Stars. There is no number pad on this. It’s a digital spin wheel to select the time you want your food to cook. And it takes so long to maneuver. It reminds me of an old rotary phone. You have to spin the dial all the way around to find your number. So you can’t just pop something in there and quickly punch in 30 seconds and start. You have to spin the wheel all the way from 1 to 30. And there’s a separate wheel for the minutes. It’s a serious waste of time. I know, first world problems, right? But still, to spend this much on something and then have to deal with this every time is a real let down. The other feature we’re not thrilled with is the alert sound. You can’t hear it well and the fan keeps running after it goes off, so if you’re not paying attention, it’s hard to tell if the cycle has ended. it basically sounds as if the unit is still running. The actual cooking part is fine, but these “user experiences” are bad enough that I would not repurchase.

We installed our built-in wall microwave just before Christmas. It looks great and performs well. The spinner for setting time is a little awkward. I would prefer to just enter the time.

The pull down door is easy to use and the menu is very intuitive. There are plenty of cooking options to chose from to meet our needs. I love that it gives us another oven to use!
