I bought this 8000 BTU to replace my 6000 BTU because it just wasnt doing the job. Works well on cooling 10x10 room.

Wanted a larger window unit for my master bedroom. This unit was Energy Star rated and I got a refund from my electrical company. It is quiet and cools everything off nicely. Easy to install. Really liked the additional side curtain insulators too.

I bought this a month ago to replace a window ac in an attic bedroom. Went up from 6000 btus to 8000 btus. This unit works as expected and is much quieter than my old unit.

We purchased this unit to replace a different brand of the same size in a covered wagon yes its one of our Air BB rentals. Due to the construction of the wagon it has no where near the insulating value of a normally constructed room but this unit manages to keep this 8 x 18 wagon with a fiberglass/canvas top cooled in the worst of Arkansass hot summer temperatures. We have only had the unit in place for about 3 months but so far so good
