Had to replace an 12 year old LG and was glad to see the same quality in my new LG. Love the way everything thing fits into the refrigerator. Drawers and shelfs are the right size for everyday used items. The freezer has an upper shelf for small items and the added ice maker keeps us supplied all summer long.

I thought I was upgrading when I purchased this fridge but am a bit disappointed. I do like how it looks and love the black stainless steel but there are a couple of annoyances. First off it kept having an extreme amount of frost in the ice bucket in the freezer. I contacted LG and at first they told me it was a normal thing created by warm air when we open the drawer. I let it go then a month later we couldnt even use the ice because it was all frozen together from the frost then we realized the seal on the drawer was bent and would stay open. I contacted them again and and showed pictures yet they asked a million questions over several days until I got I finally got upset which is when they finally sent someone over and they fixed it. The doors slam close no matter how soft we shut the doors. That is my main complaint. They just slam so hard that things rattle inside. The door ice has had a few jams as well and we need to dig the ice out or open the whole ice compartment to clear it. Its a beautiful fridge but not perfect.

good refrigerator but like other customers I am having problems with installing a replacement. The new one keeps popping off. I ma using an LG filter purchased directly from their website. The part is defective and there are numerous posts about having to replace the water line to the filter. So beware

Beautiful fridge and beautiful color and has more than enough room and easily keep things organized
