2023-07-18 - Amazing washer I bought this at a sears Scratch and Dent now American Freight I think in 2017. Been absolutely flawless. Washes great even on the 15 min speed cycle. Never a failure or even a sensor error. Great washer

Original review would have been 5 stars. Loved it - it cleaned well was quiet and efficient. A little more than four years in and it started ticking very loudly on spin. Called the service guy out and he said the bearings are going. I have anywhere from a month to 3 months left and when they do go it costs more than a new unit to fix so run it till it dies then buy a new one was his recommendation. Seriously we cant even get FIVE YEARS out of appliances anymore? If this had started happening after 9 years I probably would have been satisfied but the obscenely short lifespan and disposable attitude of major appliances these days is ridiculous. Just ridiculous.

Called about mode in washer and tray. Was told they would come out and fix it. Then someone else calls to say no sorry you were told wrong. The need to standby their products and find a solution horrible to pay so much and have to fight with mode every day
