bought my washer 2.5 years ago and everything was working fine till few days ago when it suddenly stopped and wasn't turning on anymore and nothing was responding. found out it was the main board and when i started looking for replacement guess what. out of stock everywhere and it's discontinued. not good samsung. after spending $1000 for washer, now i have to buy new washer again after only 2.5 years and definitely it's not going to be samsung.

will not buy a samsung appliance ever again. we have a 2 year old washer. had a repair tech from 2 different companies both state it needed a new circuit board. but guess what?!? samsung no longer makes this $150 part. so i have to buy a brand new washer. absolutely ridiculous. the same week our samsung dishwasher started leaking all over the hard wood floor and we had to call a repair tech. very disappointed.

Worked great the 1st year, after that no!

worked fantastic the first year, then error codes started appearing saying water was not flushing or using too much soap. after that the spin cycle would get stuck. i bought this with an extended warranty from lowes, which i am grateful for. the company lowes uses for its' extended warranty has horrible service, it takes 4-6 weeks to get a technician.

Leaks

We have had this washer for a very short time (5 months) and it leaks. Every time I do laundry I have water all over my laundry room floor. I have cleaned the filter several times and am just stuck as I can't purchase another one. I thought I noticed water, but our daughter, son in law and their 4 children lost their house in the campfire here in Paradise and came to stay with us. Once we started doing their laundry too, it just started pouring out with each load. Large puddles. I could cry. My dryer just went out as well and I want the matching dryer but don't want another Samsung. I don't know what to do. I waited so long to get a brand new set and now this :(
