washer that doesn't wash

As a property manager and builder/developer we buy a lot of appliances a year. We have bought several of these stack washers/dryers for are efficiency rental units and this 2017 model has an agitator that doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Because the machine is high efficiency it won't fill up with enough water to do a normal load of laundry. As a result you will need to do several cycles on the same load or do tiny loads. If not the clothes will be dry and dirty, the agitator that is supposed to swoosh the clothes simply doesn't. it seems that they have corrected this problem on later models. When I called Whirlpool to see of we can retrofit the machine, they were not very eager to assist me and frankly the gave me 2 options, buy an extended warranty to have the machines repaired (machine is not broken mind you, just not working) or buy new ones...After spending thousands on multiple of these 2 year ago... Unacceptable... Normally pretty good experience with Whirlpool, moving forward we will be going on a different direction. when you call they use the words "because we care" a lot...actions whirlpool not words...

Worst Washer Dryer I've Ever Used

This is by far the worst washer dryer combo I've ever had. It has ruined tons of clothes of mine, barely washes clothes, doesn't get them all submerged in water, and they come out with dirt and lint on them some of which wasn't even there before we put them in the wash. You have to do a 1/4 size load to get all the clothes fully submerged, this barely fills up with any water. The dryer design allows for garments and fabrics to be caught in the little pinch zone around the entry and get stuck there next to and under the filter which causes rips and tears. Total garbage unit. I have had permanent white marks result on multiple pairs of dark pants that is damage to the cloth. Clothes often come out with lint that wasn't there before. Sometimes clothes don't even get wet on parts of them, and are definitely not properly cleaned.

Doesn't wash clothes

I am planning to replace this because when I wash clothes, many items are still dirty after a full cycle, to the point that they might have visible dirt which is easily lightly rubbed off with a finger (crumbs etc, we have young kids). I often have items come out with dry spots as if they never even got fully wet and I often wash loads 2 or 3 times before they're clean. This is the worst W/D I've ever had to use, terrible product that doesn't do the job.

I don't like how the dryer door shuts. The latch is thin flimsy metal and I don't think it will last very long. The arrow indicators on both washer and dryer are hard to see and the cycle choices are confusing.
