I reported a problem with my appliance and I received Hiraoka’s technical support 2 years ago. I could understand all dryer functions and how operate it correctly. I have used this unit for 2 years and this is helpful and excellent appliance.

I bought this model in August 2018 in Hiraoka from Lima/ Perú but I have a terrible fault with dryer. This equipment doesn’t work very well. It is cutting off continuosly. I had 2 Technical assistance from Hiraoka but he doesn’t solve the problem.

I purchased it on September 2015. 4 year later it's not working. Repairs will be around $ 500.00My old was working for 15 years.Definitely not recommended!!!!

I purchased this machine one year ago. Every other month I have had to service the machine. I've had to stick almost half of the amount I paid for this poorly made machine back into it. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of ownership the company is seeming to take on their faulty product and would absolutely NOT recommend anyone purchasing this product. It would make me question their quality and attention to detail for any of their other products as well. I would not be a Frigidaire shopper in the future.

We bought this maybe 8 months ago. We have also had to have it serviced probably 8 times so far. As a matter of fact, right now, we cannot even do laundry because the dryer is broken. If I could return this product, I would have done so already. Buying this machine was the worst decision I ever could have made. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It also takes FOREVER to do a full load, washing and drying. I feel like this combo is a huuuge rip off, and was completely overpriced and clearly not worth it. Within the time I have had this machine, we have probably gone a solid month and a half going to the laundry mat because of it not working. Which adds up with a 5 person household.
