I bought it a month ago and I’m in love with it. It definitely gets the job done.

We're still generally happy with our Washer and Dryer, but they do have "quirks" (or software bugs). One quirk of the Dryer is, you can only "Air Dry" something if you select timed drying. Even if you have the Dryer set for "Air Dry", if you don't also set it to timed drying, the heater will still come on, which can be a disaster for delicate fabrics. To be fair, the manual does mention you can only air dry with timed drying, but it is counter-intuitive that the heater will turn on even when you have the dryer specifically set to "Air Dry".Worse yet, even if you set the dryer to "Air Dry" and timed drying, sometimes the heater will come on. This is some kind of software bug--either the dryer isn't registering that you have selected air dry or timed drying, or it has to be done in a specific order--I don't know--but if you don't babysit the dryer for a minute after starting an "Air Dry" cycle to make sure the burner doesn't come on, you could end up ruining your load.I like the idea of having specific controls labelled to select specific functions (instead of scrolling through a list on a display), but if the actual function selected doesn't match the labelled switch setting due to software bugs or glitche, it's not good.

Simple dryer with lots of room for laundry. I am young and used to lots of technology but I love how this dryer serves its purpose without any frills. This is actually the dryer that came with my house when i purchased it. Does have a timed keep fresh option which intermittently turns your laundry if you are not readily available to take your clothes out once the cycle has finished.

Okay so far

The builder put this dryer in a new home we recently purchased. We didn't choose it and in shopping for a dryer I would be looking for additional features (such as more control over the temperature). We've used it a month and so far it works okay.
