Condensation Dryer

I love the concept - and the warm moist air that is added to my home. It's barely over a year old, though, and has an issue with what I believe to be the pump. I first thought it was the heat exchanger and ordered a new one. That wasn't it, but I can use them back to back and get a load of towels mostly dry. It's $120 min. charge for a technician visit - even if they replace nothing - so I try to fix on my own. I'm going to try and clean out pump container before ordering a replacement. It's hard to get to and see into. I'll use a dentist mirror to see if it's clogged and try to clean out. Wish me luck...

This drier is the single worst home appliance I've ever owned. I get a DR error every third or fourth cycle. I clean it regularly and it's been serviced at least a half dozen times. At this point I can only say it's a terrible piece of engineering. I truly wish I had never bought it.

This dryer fits into my small laundry room and seems to work fine, but the dealer didn't have the hose drain kit needed for ventless dryers, so I have used it only twice. (Bosch is sending the kit as soon as it's in stock.) It does take a long time to dry.
