•The FiveStar 36 range has the same power, capacity and versatility as its larger counterparts. While six burners are available, the standard four-burner option takes cooktop utility to the max with a unique interchangeable Lodge Cast Iron Griddle/Grill. Plus, optional TurboFlow convection makes cooking for twenty as easy as cooking for two.

•Ultra High-Low and Medium Output Sealed Burners in select positions on all sealed burner models
Ultra High-Low burners provide up to 21,000 BTU of burner power on sealed burner models.
•Or choose:

•Traditional Open Burners with Vari-Flame Burners in select positions on all open burner models
Vari-Flame burners allow heat to go up from a high of 14,000 BTU all the way down to a slow simmer at 400 BTU on open burner models.

•Lodge® Cast Iron Griddle/Grill (select models)
With FiveStar s reversible griddle/grill from Lodge, you have the ability to create flavorful grilled meats, fish, breakfast basics and more.

•Full-size gas or electric oven
FiveStar has the fuel source to fit your cooking needs. Choose between the moist heat of a gas oven that s perfect for roasting or braising chicken or the crisping, dry heat of an electric oven for baking the most delicious pies.

Lodge Cast Iron Grill

Add versatility to your range with FiveStar s reversible griddle/grill from Lodge. Dense and durable, cast iron ensures an even temperature that s perfect for grilling on one side or making tasty pancakes on the other

Dual Fuel Ovens

FiveStar is the only professional range that has side-by-side dual fuel ovens. So you can use moist gas heat or dry electric heat - or both at the same time - to prepare multi-dish courses

Turbo Flow Convection

Our TurboFlow gas or electric convection technology decreases cooking times by as much as 30% and eliminates temperature fluctuations for the ultimate in baking and roasting performance

Ultra High-Low Burners

With 350 to 21,000 BTU of burner power - you can bring a giant pot of pasta water to a boil in just minutes, or make the most delicate sauces with ease
