I bought this on a scratch and dent sale from sears for half price about a month ago. There was no packaging on it and the only damage was a dented top corner of the oven door. Installing at home was easy due to good Instructions. We have tried out several tests and I had to calibrate the Temp. Control the oven works great. I only wish the Timer would revert to the Clock after it's finished. An overall fine oven.

We haven't had it very long to really give it a review based on longevity. However, for now, it works just dandy.

Purchased this oven less than two years ago. Within the first year it stopped working and required a part replacement. Yesterday, less than a year later, the oven stops working again. Terrible feeling when you place dinner in the oven for the family and find out that it didn't cook when you're expecting to serve it. An even worse feeling when you realize that you paid over $1500 for a piece of equipment that doesn't last a year between service calls. In addition, I'm not at all impressed with Frigidaire's nonchalant responses, on this review board, as though we as consumers should accept the fact that products breakdown. Though, I accept the fact that equipment will breakdown at some point during their lifecycle, I also expect a reliable product that will operate at periods exceeding one year.

Has broken down 3 times!

This oven is the worst oven I've ever used. It was installed in March 2017. In October 2017 we had issues of it not heating or it would heat up then just turn off right in the middle of cooking. I had a tech come out (under warranty) and he could not get the problem to duplicate. It seemed to work fine until about 1 month ago when it just stopped heating all together. I had an appliance tech that I've used over the last 20 years and he had to replace the igniter. While the appliance was likely under warranty still, I decided to pay for the part and service since I had such difficulty even getting one of the techs that Howard's Appliance uses for warranty to come out. Now it's doing the same thing. And I highly doubt that it's the igniter again. My husband thinks that it's the control panel....probably has been all along but we'll see when the tech comes out tonight to fix it. This oven is just not worth the time and money. Sad that I have to pay someone to fix something that's not even 2 years old.
