I do like the stove, but there was one problem. The corner chipped and the top had to be replaced. I rarely use the stove and very perplexed how it could have happened

For the most part, we really like our new cooktop. It looks great, heats up quickly and is for the most part is easy to maintain. We have had error messages pop up from time to time that required resetting the circuit breaker before we could use the cooktop. A call to service resulted in a technician coming out to instruct us on the correct way to clean the cooktop - wish that the installer had been equally knowledgeable. We are hoping that this modification with prevent further errors. For our use, I also would prefer if the larger burner in the front was on the right side, not the left side. We also have had to learn to be more careful with placement and movement of hot pans to avoid cracking or scratching of the surface glass.

Elegant cook top with state-of-art heating. Complements our modern home - clean lines. Careful with liquids though, even when cleaning - sets off alert beeping as safety feature.

I bought this last month and really love it. No more grooves to clean like my old Jenn Air cartridges. My old unit was a tight fit in the countertop and I had to have about 1/8 inch cut out during the install but it is well worth it. Makes my countertop look less cluttered.

It takes a while to get to used to it, so far so good except every time I turn on the burner accidentally, when I try to wipe clean it.
